TDEE Calculator Hub (“we,” “us,” the “Site”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, write to sukielovesupport@gmail.com.

1. What we collect

The Site does not require accounts and does not store the numbers you enter into the TDEE calculator on our servers — those calculations run entirely in your browser. We do, however, collect standard, aggregated information about how the Site is used:

• Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 — page views, referrer, browser, country, and approximate session activity. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
• Behavioral analytics via Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps that show how visitors interact with the site. Clarity masks form fields and personally identifying information by default.
• Server logs from our hosting provider (Vercel) — IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL. Used for security, abuse prevention, and to diagnose technical errors.

2. Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and to remember your preferences (e.g., metric vs imperial unit selection in the calculator). You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the calculator will still work, but unit preferences won't persist between visits.

3. Advertising

We display advertisements through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. Third-party vendors that show ads on the Site may collect anonymous information about your visits, used to provide ads relevant to you. Learn more at Google's advertising policies.

4. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please email sukielovesupport@gmail.com and we will delete it.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (notably the EU/UK under GDPR, and California under CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email sukielovesupport@gmail.com. Note that because we don't store your TDEE inputs or any account-linked data, most requests will be limited to analytics records that have already been anonymized.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party resources (PubMed, USDA, etc.) for citations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be noted in a banner on the home page for at least 30 days.
